Refund policy
All Sales Final:
• All sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds or cancellations once an order has been shipped. If you need to cancel an order do so, BEFORE you receive a shipment notification.
Exchange Policy for Defective Items:
• If an item arrives defective, we are happy to offer an exchange for the same item.
• To initiate an exchange, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at flowertimestudio@gmail.com.
• Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and any photos of the issue.
• We will provide instructions on how to return the defective item for an exchange.
Please Note: These products are made by hand. Any differences or slight variations between pieces are to be expected and celebrated as part of their unique, handmade nature. Only items with clear defects will be eligible for exchange.
